Jada Brown believes influence is not something we earn. It is something we are entrusted to steward. Guided by her Christian faith, she believes every opportunity to lead, speak, mentor, or serve is a responsibility to honor God and positively impact the lives of others. As a speaker, leadership strategist, and mentor, Jada equips individuals and organizations to lead with purpose, resilience, integrity, and conviction. Her mission is to help people discover their God-given identity, develop character that endures, and steward their influence in ways that create lasting impact for generations to come. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Jada earned her Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Broadcast Journalism while competing as a Division I scholarship basketball player and serving as an ESPN campus correspondent. Her passion for communication and leadership opened doors to collaborate with the NBA, NFL, WNBA, and nationally recognized sports media outlets before transitioning into luxury real estate, where she sold more than $4 million in residential real estate during her first year as a licensed Nevada Realtor. As Miss Black USA Nevada 2024, she founded Grow the Game, an initiative dedicated to developing young athletes through mentorship, mental health awareness, financial literacy, and leadership. From 2025 to 2026, she served as the Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach at The Hockaday School in Dallas, Texas, continuing her commitment to shaping leaders on and off the court. Today, Jada partners with professional organizations, colleges and universities, athletic departments, leadership conferences, and NIL student-athletes, delivering transformational messages on leadership, identity, resilience, purpose, and faith. Blending authentic storytelling with practical leadership strategies and biblically grounded principles, she challenges audiences to pursue excellence without compromising their character or convictions. Her greatest aspiration isn't to fill rooms, but to send people back into the world with greater purpose than when they arrived. She believes that when people understand who God created them to be and faithfully steward the influence they've been given, they don't simply build successful careers. They strengthen families, elevate organizations, transform communities, and leave alegacy that reflects the heart of Christ.
